Beds24 has two options to setup and administrate multiple properties:
A Beds24 account can contain multiple properties. Lets call this the master account.
Other accounts can be setup to access and update only one or more of these properties. Lets call these the hotel accounts.

a) Create a new hotel account for the login. New accounts contain one automatically generated property, delete this property if you only want the property from the master account.
 
b) In the hotel account go to the AGENCY -> LINKED PROPERTIES menu and make a note of the YOUR ASSOCIATION CODE value.
