	If you use ~~rates~~ you can deacativate the multiplier by setting "Allow Multiplier" = No in the Summary tab of the ~~rate~~.		If you use Fixed Prices you can deacativate the multiplier by setting "Allow Multiplier" = No in the Summary tab of the Fixed Price.
