Synchronising Beds24.com with your holidaylettings calendar

Capabilities
Beds24.com can export inventory.
Limitations
- Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the holidaylettings system.
- Bookings cannot be imported and must be manually entered into Beds24.com
Step 1 holidaylettings
Contact holidaylettings, tell them you want to connect to Beds24 and ask for a "Secret Key". Currently holidaylettings makes this only available for paid accounts.
Step 2 Beds24.com
Once you have your secret key go to SETTINGS->ACCOUNT CHANNEL MANAGER ->HOLIDAYLETTINGS.CO.UK
- Enter the secret key in the username field.
- Enter your holidayletting owner ID in the property code field.
- Enter your holiday lettings house ID in the room code field.
Step 3 Testing
Click the update button and wait a few minutes. Check your Holiday lettings calendar is up to date.
It will now be kept synchronised with your Beds24 calendar.
Disconnect
