Troubleshooting
Some browsers default security setting block Email pop ups. You will need to change the settings. For example Chrome: when you click on the envelope you should notice a grey colored security shield in the address bar. Click that and it will say that it is blocking an unsafe script. Click run this script on this page and it should work.
