A Beds24 account can contain multiple properties. Lets call this the master account. Other accounts can be setup to access and update only one or more of these properties. Lets call these the hotel accounts.

1 1. Setup Multiple Properties in the Master Account

Add new properties with the ADD NEW PROPERTY button or make a copy of an existing similar property and edit it to suit. If you make a copy all of the rooms and rates will also be copied. To set up the individual properties follow the instructions in the Setup Guide.

2 2. Agency Booking Page

A Booking page containing all properties is created automatically. This booking page can be setup at the SETTINGS -> AGENCY menus. Each property can have a picture and description. Properties can be given a sell priority to raise them to the top of the page and search filters can be created to show search fields by location, facility etc. See the help for each menu for more details. When a property is selected from the agen cy booking page it opens the normal property booking page.

3 3. Make another Login Account for a Single Property

If you want to create a login that can access and update one of the properties in the master account, do the following:

a) Create a new hotel account for the login. New accounts contain one automatically generated property, delete this property if you only want the property from the master account. b) In the hotel account go to the AGENCY -> LINKED PROPERTIES menu and make a note of the YOUR ASSOCIATION CODE value. c) Go to the master account that contains the property and go to the PROPERTIES -> ASSOCIATE menu. d) Select the property to be linked from the list and enter the association code from the hotel account. Set it for read/write access and save. e) Go back to the hotel account and go to the AGENCY -> LINKED PROPERTIES menu. The property should be listed as available. Change the ALLOW IN MY ACCOUNT setting to ALLOW. f) That's it, now the property is available for updating in both accounts.
