1 Export prices, availability, rules and import bookings, modifications to bookings and cancellations for existing listings on Expedia
If you already have a property in Expedia you can map your rooms and rates so Beds24 can:
- send inventory (available rooms)
- send minimum stay
- send maximum stay
- send closed to arrival and closed to departure
- send prices (also multiple rates) if required with a multiplier to mark prices up or down
- import bookings, modifications to bookings and cancellations

2 Manage and reconcile bookings
Virtual cards can be set to be auto charged at the date they become valid.
You can manage your Expedia bookings directly from the booking in Beds24 so you will not need to log into Beds24 to perform these operations:
- Report invalid cards
- Report date changes
- Report No-shows
- Cancel a reservation as requested by the guest - A lodging partner can request to cancel a reservation and agree to waive (or refund , if applicable) any cancellation fees and other amounts associated with the reservation. Expedia Group will not charge any compensation for these waived amounts.
- Cancel a reservation if the method of payment is invalid (Hotel Collect only)

3 View and respond to reviews
If a guest sends you a review you can view it from the booking in Beds24 and also reply to the guest directly from the booking in Beds24.

4 Create and manage promotions
Promotions can be created, modified and deactivated.

5 Disconnect
- Unticking "Inventory" and "Prices" and "Bookings" will stop the synchronisation for a room.
Login to www.expediapartnercentral.com and disconnect from Beds24 from the "Expedia Connectivity Settings" section in your Expedia Extranet
