Airbnb solves this restriction from their end with "Hosting Teams". A hosting team manages a place on behalf of the renter or owner, including their online listings and guests, and is allowed to also set up and manage API connections for listings. Hosting teams are the more professional way of managing Airbnb listings on behalf of someone else.

Doing this for them will not work because Airbnb uses 2-factor Authentication and very strict access control.
