Standard Reply' Emails are simple pre canned Emails which can be sent to guests from your desktop email program. They can use Template Variables to include information specific to the booking. They are sent through your own desktop Email programme via the envelope icon in the booking. You will see sent standard replies in the "Sent" box of your Email programme.
