Synchronising Beds24.com with your Tripadvisor Rentals calendar

Note: The secret key method to export inventory has been discontinued by Tripadvisor. If you are eligible you can us the Tripadvisor Rentals Content API.

Beds24.com can import bookings.

2 Limitations

• Bookings imported by iCal have limited information, usually only the guest name, number of guests, booking number and dates are provided.

3 Import bookings into Beds24

Holiday lettings provide an Export Calendar function.

Go to this menu in Holiday lettings and obtain the URL for the export calendar.

Paste the URL into Beds24 at the "Export Calendar (Bookings)" settings, tick the bookings tick box and save.

Beds24 will monitor the calendar and import bookings from it.

4 Disconnect

• Unticking "Inventory" will stop the synchronisation for a room.
