Setting/automailxtype

Select whether to add an invoice item to the booking.

The item can be a fixed monetary amount or a percentage.

The percentage can be calculated on the sum of existing invoice charges or the value in the bookings price field.

If you use the "Price" option the "Price" field in the booking will be used. This is normally the price for which the booking was made or imported. If you are using a "Minimum Price" it will be entered if the price of the booking is lower than the minimum price. If this might cause problems you will need to remove the "Minimum Price".

Change Invoicee will only work when updating an item and will change the invoicee of all items with matching description and status (if specified). The price and quantity are not changed.
