Xero accounting software can be connected via Integromat ( (SETTINGS) APPS & INTEGRATIONS > INTEGROMAT.

To use this integration you will need an account with Xero Beds24 the normal channel manger fees apply.
1 Capabilities
Beds24 can send invoice information from bookings to Xero.
2 Set Up
Step 1: Allow the integration in Xero

Step 2: Activate Xero in Beds24
- Enter your Xero username and password for API access
- Enable the rooms for which you want to send bookings to Xero
3 How it works
The connection works by matching the invoice number in Beds24 with the invoice number in Xero
If the invoice number is already used Xero will assign the next available number. In this case the invoice number in Beds24 will change to the number Xero assigned so the numbers stay synchronised.
Sending Invoice Data
1. From the dashboard: Add the component "Xero" to your dashboard. You can then then tick "Send" to send the booking invoice to Xeri.
2. From the booking: Open the booking. Once you have assigned an invoice number you will see "Send to Xero" button on the "Invoice" tab.
4 Delete Invoices
Invoices can only be deleted within Xero
5 Common Errors
Xero will disconnect your connection after 60 days of inactivity. You will need to go through the connection process again if this happens.
5.1 Disconnect
Disable the rooms for which you do not want to send invoice information to Xero.
