Synchronising Beds24.com with your holidaylettings calendar

Capabilities

Beds24.com can export inventory.

Limitations

  • Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the holidaylettings system.
  • Bookings cannot be imported and must be manually entered into Beds24.com

Step 1 holidaylettings

Contact holidaylettings, tell them you want to connect to Beds24 and ask for a "Secret Key". Currently holidaylettings makes this only available for payed accounts.

Step 2 Beds24.com

Once you have your secret key go to SETTINGS->ACCOUNT CHANNEL MANAGER ->HOLIDAYLETTINGS.CO.UK

  • Enter the secret key
  • Enter your holidayletting owner ID
  • Enter your holiday lettings house ID

Step 3 holidaylettings

Contact holidaylettings again and ask them to activate the connection.
