=Functionality=
You can set up questions to collect the information you require from guests. For each question you have these options:

Using HTML formatting you can also embed a link to your terms and conditions:
The questions can contain HTML for formatting purposes or *I read the <a href="<nowiki>http://my_terms.com</nowiki>" target="_blank">Terms and Conditions</a> and agree to embed links to other pages, like:them [yes][no]

Set up a custom question like this:
