For each question you have these options:
There are default settings which you can set to "Optional", "Compulsory" or "*'''Not Used"used''' - This field will not appear on your booking page.*Guest Name'''Compulsory''' - A manual booking or a booking on the booking pace can not can not be completed without entering this information.*Email'''Compulsory' Booking Page'' - Your guests can not proceed the booking on the booking page without entering this information.*Telephone'''Optional''' - Show the field on your booking page but leave it to your guest to enter information or not.*Mobile*Fax*Address*Arrival Time*Guest Comments'''Internal''' - This field will not appear on your booking page but is still available in the control panel to collect and store internal information about each booking.
= Standard Questions =
These are predefined questions to collect commonly used information.
Options with 'Guest can edit''Custom Questions''' may , - will be definded request specific information e.g. age of children, allergies....Select whether an answer is compulsory or optionalavailable in the Guest Login soon.
Select whether the answer field should = Custom Questions =Custom questions can be shown defined to the guest as a single linerequest specific information e.g. age of children, a multi lineallergies, a multiple choice list or selector, a date selector or a single tick boxetc.
*Multiple choice options must be entered in square brackets after your question. For exampleAdditionally, you can select the 'Type' of input field: This is a multiple choice question [this is option 1][this is option 2][this is option 3]

If ticked, 'Yes' is made compulsory the booking cannot proceed until the guest has saved. If not ticked the box, 'No' is saved. This can be used for example with a link to your terms and conditions in *'''Date Selector''' <span style="color:#fe746c;“ >{{#fas:exclamation-triangle}} </span> If you have enabled additional languages please make sure you enter the custom questionin all languages you have selected.Optionally <span style="color: #f3e504; font-size: 250%;" >{{#fas:lightbulb}} </span> In REPORTS > CUSTOM REPORTS you can add values create a report and use the answers to the tick box:custom questions  ==Use custom questions on the Dashboard==For example: I agree to the terms Dashboard components "Arrivals", "Departures" and conditions [yes][no] - this will print out yes if "Current Guests", "Modified Bookings", "Latest Bookings" you can add "CQ editable" custom question columns. These columns show the guest ticks questions which are activated and no if the guest did not tickare editable.

You can change the order in which the fields appear on your booking page. Just drag and drop or use the arrows.

==Creating a list for arrival and/or departure times==You can change control the '''Question Order''' in which format of the fields appear on your booking page using via drag on drop or arrival and departure times using the arrowscustom questions.
Questions set to '''internal''' are not shown on the booking page but are still available in the control panel to collect and store internal information about each booking.Set up a custom question like this:

Make it Type = 'Multiple Select'.
In REPORTSThis creates a drop->CUSTOM REPORTS you can create custom reports which include the answers to the custom questionsdown list and leaves no room for formatting errors or inconsistencies.
