The default is a guest registration form but you can change it to suit your needs. Forms can be printed directly from the booking.
You can add CSS to format the form page at Settings > Guest Management > Styling > Print Template Custom CSS
To send the form as an pdf attachment via Email go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS)GUEST MANAGEMENT > AUTO ACTIONS and set up an Auto Action Email.
