If there are already prices in the Booking.com system you need to remove them.  === Temporarily disconnect /close dates at a channel ===1. Open all rates you are sending to You can set the channel and untick the prices number of accepted bookings in {{#fas:cog}} (“Summary” tab of the rateSETTINGS).  2. Go to SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM/EXPEDIA/AGODA (CHANNEL INVENTORY to zero for example) and click "Update" to push the change through. 3. Check in your channels extranet that the rooms are closed. 4. Go go your rates again tick the prices and also untick the channel period you want to close in the "Channels" tab of the rates and SAVE the change. (This will reactivate the rates for your booking page). 

If you are also using daily prices make sure they are not activated for channel management (SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->DAILY PRICES).=== Temporarily close rooms or a rate ===1. Open the rates prices for all periods you want to close at the channel and untick the prices (“Summary” tab of channel the rate)press SAVE.

2. Go to channel manger page for example {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS->) CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM/EXPEDIA/AGODA (for example) and click "Update" to push the change through.

3. Check in your channels extranet that the rooms are closed in the periods you want them rate is closed.

4. Go go your rates prices again tick the prices and also untick the channel you want to close in the "Channels" tab of the rates and SAVE the change. (This will reactivate the rates price for your booking page).
