=== Temporarily disconnect a channel ===
1. Open the rates for all rates periods you are sending want to close at the channel and untick the prices (“Summary” tab of the rate).
2. Go to SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM/EXPEDIA/AGODA (for example) and click "Update" to push the change through.
If you are also using daily prices make sure they are not activated for channel management (SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->DAILY PRICES).
=== Temporarily close rooms or a rate ===
1. Open the rates for all periods you want to close at the channel and untick the prices (“Summary” tab of the rate).
2. Go to channel manger page for example SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM/EXPEDIA/AGODA (for example) and click "Update" to push the change through.
3. Check in your channels extranet that the rooms are closed in the periods you want them rate is closed.
4. Go go your rates again tick the prices and also untick the channel you want to close in the "Channels" tab of the rates and SAVE the change. (This will reactivate the rates for your booking page).
