This page is about the menu SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT -> ROUTINES
A Routine is an action which can be programmed to occur at specified date. It will send a pre-canned Email with an attachment to a fixed Email address.
To use this function you need to set the system to use you own Email address for sending in SETTINGS->ACCOUNT->OUTGOING EMAIL.
Enter your criteria for sending and attachment then press SAVE. A click on "Text Attachment" will create a download with the attachment that will be sent.
For further instructions use the context help next to the settings (? icons) next to the settings.
