VRBO/Homeaway requires a rental agreement, you can set one per property SETTINGS -> CHANNEL MANAGER -> VRBO/Homeaway XML > Rental Agreement PDF URL, or for individual Units, SETTINGS -> CHANNEL MANAGER -> VRBO/Homeaway XML > SPECIFIC ROOM CONTENT > Rental Agreement PDF URL. If you do not have a website whre where you can upload a pdf to you can use a service which supports direct links like https://www.docdroid.net.
