This page is about the menu {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS-> ) BOOKING ENGINE - > VOUCHER CODES and explains how to use voucher codes.

You may define voucher phrases and discount codes. If a guest enters the phrase at the time of booking the specified discount will be applied to their booking.
<span style=color:#fe746c;“ >{{#fas:exclamation-triangle}} </span> Do not use the the setting "Use Prices from" in {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS->) PROPERTIES->ROOMS->DEPENDENCIES if you have voucher codes because this can cause issues with the application of the code.

=Voucher codes which apply to multiple properties=
In {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS->) BOOKING ENGINE->MULTIPLE PROPERTIES you can set up voucher codes for use on multiple properties. If you use the same code there as well it will be available twice and will be removed from the property first.
=Reporting=
In REPORTS->CUSTOM REPORTS you can create custom reports which include the voucher codes.
