Weekly Prices
This page explains how to set up weekly prices.

1 Using Daily Prices (Recommended)

1. Guests can only book on a weekly basis (7, 14, 21.. nights) and you have a different price for 1 week, 2 weeks..

You need to create a new Daily price for each block of days if you have different prices, depending on the length of stay.

Go to PRICES -> DAILY PRICE RULES and create your daily prices:

  • Daily Price 1 > Price for 1 week > Minimum Stay = 7, Maximum Stay = 13
  • Daily Price 2 > Price for 2 weeks > Minimum Stay = 14, Maximum Stay = 20
  • Daily price 3 > Price for 3 weeks > Minimum Stay = 21, Maximum Stay = 27

When you go to the CALENDAR you will now see additional "Daily Price" rows where you can enter the prices.

Ensure you do not overlap the Minimum/Maximum Stay, otherwise the prices will not show as expected.

2 Using Fixed Prices

1. Guests can only book on a weekly basis (7, 14, 21.. nights)

Go to PRICES > FIXED PRICES and click on "Add Fixed Price"

  • Set "Prices Per" = "Week"
  • Enter your weekly prices. For display the system will divide these by seven but allow guests only to book seven or a multiple of seven nights.
  • If you only allow check-in / check-out on certain days (e.g. you rent only from Sat to Sat.) deselect "Check-in Allowed" and "Check-out allowed" for all days except for the day guests can check-in/out.

The channel manager can only send prices per day. Do not use this method for Fixed Prices you want to send prices to the Channels/OTAs.

2. Guest needs to book at least seven nights (7, 8, 9, 10... nights)

Go to PRICES > FIXED PRICES and click on "Add Fixed Price"

  • Set "Prices Per" = "Night"
  • Set "Minimum Stay" = 7

Go to (SETTINGS) BOOKING PAGE->PAGE DESIGN and set "Default Number of Nights"=7 and "Minimum Number of Nights" = 7

If you use weekly and nightly Fixed Prices together the system will apply the weekly Fixed Price for the first seven nights and use then the nightly Fixed Price.

instead of "Prices Per Week" you can also create "Prices Per 2-31 nights. For display the system will divide these by the number of nights but only allow guests only to book these number of nights or a multiple of it.

Any value other than per night will not apply any of these prices for channel management.

Go to (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > PROPERTY BOOKING PAGE > PAGE DESIGN and set "Default Number of Nights"=7 and "Minimum Number of Nights" = 7
