You need to create a new Daily price for each ''block'' of days if you have different prices, depending on the length of stay.
Go to PRICES -> DAILY PRICE SETUP RULES and create your daily prices:
*Daily Price 1 > Price for 1 week > ''Minimum Stay'' = 7, ''Maximum Stay'' = 13

If you use weekly and nightly rates Fixed Prices together the system will apply the weekly rate Fixed Price for the first seven nights and use then the nightly rateFixed Price.
