For example if you are account number 999 your email address is 'would be [email protected]' The best way to do this is have the email sent from Venere to you and create a rule or filter in your email system to auto forward these emails to beds24.
Beds24.com will attempt to identify the room being booked by comparing the room description set in Beds24 to the room description sent by Venere in the booking notification email. Please ensure the descriptions match as closely as possible so new bookings are assigned to the correct rooms.
