Synchronising Beds24.com with your AAtravel account

Capabilities

Beds24.com can export inventory and import bookings with AAtravel.

What you will need:

• your AAtravel username

• your AAtravel pasword

• the AAtravel room code for each room you want to synchronise.

Setup

AAtravel: Sign into your account and go to the edit allocations & rates page. In your browser open the page source (view page source) of this page and search for select name="room_id" You will see a list of your rooms and the room code is the number in the value= section without the quotes. Alternatively contact your AAtravel rep. or Beds24.com for help obtaining these details.
