Synchronising Beds24.com with Agoda.com

Capabilities

  • Beds24.com can export inventory.
  • Beds24.com cannot export rates.
  • Beds24.com can import bookings.

Limitations

Once bookings have been imported no further changes or cancellation will be imported. Any change to the initial booking condition needs to be manually entered into Beds24. Rates are not exported and need to be set in Agoda.com directly. What you will need.

  • Your Agoda.com username and password. (The password must not contain "+" (plus) characters)
  • The Agoda.com hotel code for your property. This number can be seen near the top right side of the screen in Agoda
  • The Agoda.com room code for each room you want to synchronise as described below.

Setup

Agoda.com: To determine your room codes, login to your Agoda.com account and go to the room control page. In your browser open and view the source code of the page. Search the source code for the phrase "All Room Types" You will find a list of your rooms directly under this, the number in the value= section is your room code.

Rates are not currently exported, please set these directly in Agoda.com


Beds24.com: Sign into your Beds24.com account and go to the Synchroniser. Select Agoda.com and change it to enabled, click Save. Enter your username, password and room codes and enable the link for each room. Bookings

Bookings are imported into the room which has the best match between the Beds24.com room name and the Agoda room type specified for the booking. To ensure the bookings are imported into the correct rooms please make sure these two are very similar. The Agoda room name can be entered for each room in the synchroniser settings to help matching.

Agoda is scanned multiple times per day for new bookings and they are imported immediately they are found. To import the bookings quickly you can optionally forward a copy of your Agoda booking notification email to the following email address.
