Synchronising Beds24.com with your AAtravel account
Capabilities
Beds24.com can export inventory and import bookings with AAtravel.
What you will need:
- your AAtravel username
- your AAtravel pasword
- the AAtravel room code for each room you want to synchronise.
Setup
AAtravel: Sign into your account and go to the edit allocations & rates page. In your browser open the page source (view page source) of this page and search for select name="room_id" You will see a list of your rooms and the room code is the number in the value= section without the quotes. Alternatively contact your AAtravel rep. or Beds24.com for help obtaining these details.
Beds24.com: Sign into your Beds24.com account and go to the Synchroniser. Select AAtravel and change it to enabled, click Save. Enter your username, password, and room codes in the fields and enable the link for each room. Click Save again, the rooms will now synchronise. The property code is not required.
