2.1 Leistungen

• Beds24 kann Inventar exportieren
• Beds24 stellt einen speziell konstruierten Kalender zur Verfügung, Flipkey in einem von Flipkey bestimmten Rhythmus abruft.

2.2 Einschränkungen

• Preise können nicht exportiert werden sondern müssen im Airbnb Extranet angelegt werden.
• Flipkey initiiert die Aktualisierung des Flipkey Kalenders. Beds24 hat keinen Einfluss auf die Häufigkeit der Aktualisierungen.
• Da Flipkey keinen iCal Feed zur Verfügung stellt, können Buchungen nicht importiert werden.
• Nur Daten, die von Beds24 blockiert werden können über Beds24 wieder geöffnet werden. Daten die in Flipkey blockiert wurden oder aus anderen Kalendern importiert wurden können nicht geöffnet werden.

2.3 Set Up

2.3.1 Beds24.com'

1) Ticken sie "Synchronisieren"

2) Kopieren sie den "Kalender (Inventar)" Link

Flipkey.com:

1) Loggen sie sich bei Flipkey ein.

2) Gehen sie zum Kalender Menue und finden sie die Option mit anderen Kalendern zu synchronisieren ("Sync with other calendars").

3) Wählen sie den Kalendertyp "Andere" ("Other").

4) Geben sie dem Kalender einen Namen (nur für ihre Referenz)

5) Fügen sie die URL Kalender (Inventar) ein.

Nur Daten, die von Beds24 blockiert werden können über Beds24 wieder geöffnet werden. Daten die in Flipkey blockiert wurden oder aus anderen Kalendern importiert wurden können nicht geöffnet werden.

Diese Daten müssen im Flipkey Kalender manuell auf "Verfügbar" gesetzt werden.

3 XML (Nur für Flipkey Kunden mit mindestens 10 Lstings)

Beds24 supplies XML data which Flipkey periodically read and use to update the Flipkey calendar.

3.1 Capabilities

• Beds24.com can export listing content, inventory and prices. The price sent is your Beds24 booking page price.

3.2 Limitations

• You will need to routinely log in to Flipkey and respond to your enquiries.

3.4 Beds24=

• Enable the Flipkey "Synchronise Inventory" check box for the required rooms.
• Note the XML getproperties endpoint shown in the channel manager settings.
• Note the XML getavailability endpoint for each calendar in the channel manager settings.
• Go to SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->HOMEAWAY.COM->CONTENT DATA and check the content information sent to Flipkey is correct.

3. Pictures

Enter the URLs of the pictures you want to send in the "Picures" settings. You can find the pictures URLs when you go to SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->PICTURES then click on "Manage" for the picture you want to send.

4. Prices

A room price per night and minimum stay value will be sent to Flipkey. The price is the same as your booking page price.

3.4.1 Flipkey

• Send an email to [email protected] with the XML endpoints and the Flipkey listing ID for each and request connecting your calendar to these XML endpoints.
• Once Flipkey (Tripadvisor) connect you, Flipkey will periodically read the XML endpoint to update your Flipkey calendar.

4 Disconnect

Untick "Inventory". If you have entered a calendar URL in your Flipkey account log into Flipkey and remove the link.
