TripAdvisor ist dabei seine Ferienwohnungsportale zu integrieren. Momentan laufen alle Portale unter der Marke TripAdvisor jedoch auch separaten technologischen Plattformen.

1 TripConnect Instant Booking
TripAdvisor zeigt Preise und Verfügbarkeiten an. Gäste können direkt auf der TripAdvisor Website buchen.
TripConnect Instant Booking arbeitet mit einem Pay-per-booking Provisionsmodell. Genaue Informationen finden sie bei TripAdvisor.

Wenn sie mehr als eine Unterkunft im selben Beds24 Account haben können sie den selben TripAdvisorPproperty Code für alle Unterkünfte nutzen. Wenn TripAdvisor Preise anfragt sendet Beds24 Preise für aller Unterkünfte mit diesem Code. Diese werden dann bei TripAdvisor als verschiedene Zimmeroptionen angezeigt.
Hinweis: Der Datenaustausch wird von TripAdvisor initiiert indem TripAdvisor Daten von Beds24 zieht. TripAdvisor stellt für jede Suche eines Gastes eine Anfrage nach Preisen und Verfügbarkeiten sendet. Beds24 sendet dann die Daten für die angefragte Selektion. (wir können nicht von uns aus an TripAdvisor senden).
3.1 Einschränkungen
- Die Unterkunft muss von TripAdvisor gemappt sein. Klicken auf den Link "Mapping Status" um den Status zu überprüfen.
Tripadvisor kann die Daten wir senden nur mappen, wenn sie mit denen im Tripadvisor Account übereinstimmen. Falls dies nicht der Fall ist, klicken sie auf "Mapping Daten bearbeiten für TripAdvisor'" und überprüfen, ob die eingegebenen Daten mit denen in ihrem Tripadvisor Account übereinstimmen.
Es kann bis zu 48 Stunden dauern, bis TripAdvisor die Daten, die wir senden verarbeitet. Wenn sie dann immer noch nicht gemappt sind, gehen sie bitte zu KONFIGURATION ->CHANNEL MANAGER->TRIPADVISOR und klicken auf den Link "'Mapping Status". und kopieren die Informationen, die wir an Tripadvisor senden. Diese senden sie mit er Bitte sie zu mappen an Tripadvisor.
- Wenn mehrere Zimmer mit unterschiedlichen Belegungen gebucht werden sendet TripAdvisor die größte Gästezahl für alle Zimmer
- Wenn ihr Buchungstyp "Anzahlung" ist sendet TripAdvisor die Kreditkartendetails des Gastes. Die Karte kann dann manuell belastet werden.
TripAdvisor erwartet dass Beds24 die Buchungsbestätigung sendet. Das System nutzt hierfür ihre normale Buchungsbestätigung.
Hinweis: Instant Booking is tmomentan nur für Gäste die aus den USA, UK, Irland, Kanada, Australien und Neuseeland buchen verfügbar.
3.2 TripAdvisor
- Aktivieren sie das Programm in ihrem TripAdvisor Account. Prüfen sie ob sie das Programm nutzen können
3.3 Beds24.com
Set up:
- Geben sie ihre TripAdvisor ID im Feld "Unterkunft ID" ein. Normalerweise ist die die Nummer hinter dem d in der URL ihrers TripAdvisor Listings . Ohne korrekte ID kann TripAdviser ihre Unterkunft nicht identifizieren.
- Stellen "Synchronisieren" auf eine der Buchungsoptionen.
- Wählen sie "Buchungen" um den Preis inklusive aller obligatorischen Upselling Extras anzuzeigen.
- Wählen sie "Buchungen ohne Upesell" um den Preis ohne aller obligatorischen Upselling Extras anzuzeigen.
Preise:
Rate, bei denen im Reiter "Kanäle" TripAdvisor aktiviert sind sowie Tagespreise werden an TripAdvisor gesendet. Gesendet werden Preis Einheit, Preis Einzel, Preis Doppel und Extra Person. Nicht gesendet wird der "Export Preis".
TripAdvisor die in Beds24 angelegten Stornoregeln. Die Voreinstellung ist dass kein Storno möglich ist.
- Um Stornos zu erlauben, gehen sie zu KONFIGURATION->UNTERKÜNFTE->REGELN und ändern ihre Stornoeinstellungen.
- Offerte 1 wird an TripAdvisor. Um nur für Offerte 1 Stornos zu erlauben gehen sie zu KONFIGURATION->UNTERKÜNFTE->->EINHEITEN ->OFFERTEN und ändern ihre Stornoeinstellungen.
Anforderungen von TripAdvisor:
Gehen sie zu KONFIGURATION-->CHANNEL MANAGER->TRIPADVISOR ->CONTENT und überprüfen sie, das die von TripAdvisor geforderten Informationen korrekt und komplett sind:
a. Your cancellation policy text
Cancellation policy has to be specific to the offer being sent to TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor will not accept ambiguous policies.
b. Your general policy (check-in check-out policy) text
c. Your room descriptions
d. At least one property picture and one picture per room. Double check you have at least these activated in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->PICTURES
Tripadvisor will not accept data if you do not have room descriptions.
Log into your TripAdvisor account and make sure you have activated Instant Booking.
What we are sending:
- As property picture we will send picture number 1 from SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->PICTURES. The room pictures is the ones selected in SETTINGS->BOOKING PAGE->PICTURES as "room pictures".
- The currency code sent to TripAdvisor is defined in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DESCRIPTION "API currency" and must be set to match your prices entered in Beds24.
Activation

4 Use TripAdvisor Review Express
4.1 Capabilities
- Beds24 will send details of your bookings one day after check-out to TripAdvisor. TripAdvisor will use this to send an Email directly to the guest to request a review
- You can disable individual bookings from receiving a review request
- You can select specific or all rooms to participate
4.2 Limitations
- TripAdvisor require country of residence of the guest for legal reasons. Beds24 booking page provides a standard question (Country Selector). For bookings from other sources you will need to add this information manually.
- The booking must have a valid Email Address.
- Your property must be successfully mapped.
4.3 TripAdvisor
- opt in to the Review Express programme.
4.4 Beds24.com
1. Set Up
- Select one of the options (either Review Express only or Review Express in combination with Bookings) for the rooms you want to enable.
- We recommend adding the "Country (Selector)" as a compulsory question to your booking page (SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->BOOKING QUESTIONS).
- Enter your TripAdvisor ID into the Property Code field, this is normally the number after the d in the URL of your tripadvisor page. Without the correct ID TripAdviser may not be able to identify your property.
- Make sure you have filled in all fields in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DESCRIPTION "Location and Contact". These fields are mandatory for TripConnect to correctly identify your property.
- You must comply to your local privacy laws. TripAdvisor requires you must ensure that each guest has consented to disclosing their guest data to 3rd parties in order to receive the Review Express emails. In order to ensure Guest consent, a prominent statement should be displayed on the booking page at the time Guest Data is collected.
TripAdvisor’s recommended data statement is as follows and should appear prominently on your booking page: "We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes specified above. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience)."
2. Managing Reviews
Invitations will be send the day after check-out and only for rooms which are opted in. They will not send:
- if a booking is cancelled
- if Email address is missing or invalid
- if country of residence is missing
5 Use TripConnect Cost per Click
Your rates and availability will show on TripAdvisor with a link to your own booking page. Guests can then make a booking using your own booking engine.
Tripadvisor charges per click. Full details of the charges will be available from TripAdvisor.

6 TripConnect
- Join the program via your TripAdvisor account
6.1 Beds24.com
- Set the synchronise setting to one of the Booking options. The Notify setting will only notify Trip Connect you are capable of joining their program using Beds24, it will not allow prices to be sent.
- Enter your TripAdvisor ID into the Property Code field, this is normally the number after the d in the URL of your TripAdvisor page. Without the correct ID Tripadviser may not be able to identify your property.
- Make sure you have filled in all fields in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> DESCRIPTION "Location and Contact". These fields are mandatory for TripConnect to correctly identify your property.

If you select Bookings all compulsory percentage upsell items defined for the property will be included as tax values and added to the final price sent to TripAdvisor.
