Summary

Properties are divided into rooms, representing individually bookable sections. Each property must have at least one room and rooms are what guests book.

Rooms can but do not need to represent physical rooms, they are a way of splitting your property into separately bookable sections.

Even if you rent your property as a single unit, such as a vacation rental, you need to define one room to represent the entire property.

A room can either be an individual room with the quantity of 1 unit or a category or room type with multiple units.

For dorms use this help page.

We recommend you let the Setup Wizard guide you through the set up process.
