Beds24.com lets you set almost unlimited rate and discount combinations. In the section RATES you can see your rates in a table or calendar view.


Availability is calculated for each room based on bookings already in the system and rates that that have been set. If you have no rates for a certain date the system will show no availability. For this reason it is important to keep the bookings and rates up-to-date.

Set a simple rates Go th DASHBOARD -> ROOM GRID and activate DAILY PRICES. You can set your room prices here. Click in the DAILY PRICE row and set price and date range and click SAVE. You may modify individual dates as required.


Override Dates: Each date can be set to BLACKOUT in which case it is not available on that date or EXCEPTION in which case it uses the same booking strategy as the properties exceptional period. If no override is set (- - - - -) the booking strategy is as defined for the property.
